Pinnacle Airlines to Lose Delta Contract

Regional carrier Pinnacle Airlines is set to lose its Delta Air Lines contract on July 31 because of a failure to meet on-time arrival standards. Pinnacle will pursue appropriate remedies up to and including a lawsuit.
