Aviareto, a joint venture between Sita, the air transport service provider of IT business solutions and communication s, and the Irish government, launched the International Registry of Mobile Assets in Dublin on February 27. The international registry operates under the legal framework of the Cape Town Convention and the Aircraft Protocol.
