AirNZ closes joint export credit deal and mandates JOL

Air New Zealand (AirNZ) has closed an export credit financing for two 777-200ERs and a spare Rolls-Royce Trent 895 engine. BNP Paribas was sole mandated lead arranger.

Air New Zealand (AirNZ) has closed an export credit financing for two 777-200ERs and a spare Rolls-Royce Trent 895 engine. BNP Paribas was sole mandated lead arranger.
The transaction is the first three-way aircraft financing between US Ex-Im Bank, the UK Export Credits Guarntee Department (ECGD), and Japan's Nippon Export and Investment Insurance (Nexi).
