Law firms Clyde & Co and Beaumont and Son have merged as of July 1. Both firms are already established names within aviation, and the each of the practices will complement each other. The merged firm will be known as Clyde & Co, but the aviation practice will be called Beaumont & Son-Aviation at Clyde & Co.
