A man who claimed to be running an aviation leasing company has been jailed for fraud. Peter Nicol has been convicted of fraud relating to medical equipment leases. He has been sentenced to four years in prison and disqualified from acting as a company director for eight years.
Nicol was the managing director of Eurocapital Asset Management, a small Glasgow-based leasing company that specialized in health and aircraft finance.
