Shares in Babcock & Brown Air (B&B Air) jumped after the company posted a net income of $14.0 million for the second quarter, up from the $11.1 million for the same period last year. Earnings per share were $0.46, compared to $0.33 per share last year. Total revenues for the quarter were $64.5 million, compared to $57.2 million last year.
