Aircastle to issue $300 million unsecured notes

The senior unsecured notes due 2018 are to be used to repay debt for its term loan financing and new aircraft.

Aircastle plans to offer $300 million senior unsecured notes due in 2018. The US lessor, based in Stamford, Connecticut, will use the proceeds from the private placement to repay the debt for a $110 million term loan.
