Tiger reports profits, and plans for expansion

Asian low cost carrier, Tiger Airways, ended its fiscal year up by 42% and is looking to expand its network.

Singapore carrier Tiger Airways has recorded net profit of S$39.9 million ($32.2 million), for its fiscal year ended March 31, up 42% over S$28.2 million in the previous year. Revenues grew 28% to S$622 million from S$486, and operating profit jumped 82% to S$47.2 million from S$26 million....
