Air France has used the KG fund market to finance one Airbus A380. The fund, DS Fund No.139 Aircraft Fund XIII, was arranged by Dr Peter's Group. The fund went into public distribution today.
Nord LB arranged a EUR69.2 million bridge loan for the deal, while the equity is being placed. The EUR102 million long-term loan, denominated in Euros, has been arranged by Nord LB, Bank of China, London branch and CIC....
